Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan or bus and transported to Cairo.
Upon arrival in Cairo, you will meet your guide and proceed directly to the Giza Plateau. Explore the ancient wonders of the Giza Plateau, including the Pyramids of Giza, the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Visit the funerary temples of Cheops, Chephren, and Myrinus
. Learn about the construction of these ancient monuments and their associated legends. Continue to the famous Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple, attributed to Pharaoh Khafre. You will be amazed by these incredible feats of ancient engineering. You can also extend your experience with a camel or horse ride (available as an extra).
Afterward, take a break for lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, you have the option of enjoying a memorable boat ride on the Nile River (available as an extra).
Afterward, we will travel to Tahrir Square, where we will visit the Egyptian Museum, home to the largest collection of Egyptian antiquities in the world. If you would prefer to visit the new Grand Egyptian Museum instead, please select the "Combined Tour + Lunch + Entrance Fees and Grand Egyptian Museum" option.
After visiting the museum, enjoy a stop for some shopping before returning to Hurghada. Finally, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Hurghada.
